Refund Policy

Plain and fair. You get three free proposals, then a week to change your mind on your first payment, and you can cancel any time.

Try it free first

Before you pay anything, you can generate three full proposals and send a real one to a real prospect. The point is that you see the actual product before money changes hands, so a paid plan is never a leap of faith.

7-day money back on your first payment

If you subscribe to the Agency plan and decide within 7 days that it is not for you, email hello@purrposal.com and we will refund your first payment in full. No form, no hoops.

Cancel any time

You can cancel from your billing screen whenever you want. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and it does not renew after that. We do not pro-rate or refund the unused part of a period once the first 7 days have passed, except where the law requires it.

If something is broken

If the product is not doing what it promises and we cannot fix it for you, that is on us. Reach out and we will make it right, including a refund where that is the fair outcome. "Not doing what it promises" means a core feature you paid for is unavailable or failing for you and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.

Your statutory rights

This policy sits on top of the rights you already have under your local law, it does not replace them. If you are in the EU, the UK, Australia, or anywhere with a statutory cooling-off or consumer-guarantee regime, those rights apply in full regardless of anything above, and we will honour them. If a local rule gives you more than this policy does, you get the more generous outcome.

Chargebacks

If a charge looks wrong, email us first. We almost always sort it out faster than a bank dispute can, and a quick message means no one has to freeze an account while a chargeback is investigated.
