Acceptable Use Policy

The short version

Use Purrposal to build honest proposals for real prospects. Do not use it to deceive, harass, spam, or break the law. That is the whole spirit of this page.

Do not

Impersonate a person or company you do not represent, or pass off someone else's brand as your own client work.

Send proposals as unsolicited bulk mail or use the tool to power spam campaigns.

Generate content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or that infringes someone's intellectual property.

Scrape or read websites you are not entitled to use, or feed in content that violates another party's rights.

Probe, overload, reverse engineer, or try to break the service or its rate limits.

Resell or white-label the underlying service as your own product without a written agreement.

Reading public sites

Purrposal reads the publicly available content of the URLs you paste, to draft a proposal. You are responsible for having a legitimate business reason to build a proposal for that prospect, and for the accuracy of what you then send.

If you break this

We can suspend or close an account that uses Purrposal this way, without a refund where the breach is serious. We would rather talk first, so if something is unclear, ask us at hello@purrposal.com.
